If you do something long enough it becomes like second nature, your brain just takes over. Or, as some people say if you hear something enough times you start to believe it. In the interest of positive thinking and motivating myself, I have started a little "positive" exercise of my own. I figure if I take the time to draw out an inspiring quote, my brain will soak it in and respond positively. I want big things for myself and I know that a lot of those things won't happen unless I make them. So today, I'm reminding myself to "Make It Happen!" I think I will make this a weekly thing, more often if I need it. I feel inspired already, just putting it on paper makes it that much more real.
